Running compatibility mode is stupid, you are running windows 11/10, you are basically enforcing a older engine code for worse fps, Process lasso: Performance mode off, probalance off. Leave game on normal priority and on normal I/O. Just use their powerplan. Cleaning temp files is like deleting cache, it will take longer to load textures for a bit, only clean when it's over 5gb. Leave Game mode on for christs sake, it will allocate your resources to your game, instead of giving it to lower priority processes. The only worthful tool is Bloxtrap.
